Where continuous wind slabs are formed, it is possible to release small avalanches. At lower altitudes, there is little snow and generally stable conditions.

You can easily trigger avalanches on some steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)
