Avalanches may release spontaneously on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Mandag kom det litt snø. Dette har lagt seg på et snødekke som stort sett er smelteomvandlet og gjennomfuktet. Noen steder er det bærende skare, andre steder er det råtten snø under nysnøen. Lagdelt snø finnes fra omtrent 2-300 moh. Mange plasser begynner det å bli lite snø, særlig i sørvendt terreng.
Snøbroer over elver og snø rundt fremstikkende stein kan være ustabil.

9 mm precipitation, up to 14 mm in the most exposed areas. Precipitation as snow. Strong breeze from west. -7 °C to -3 °C at 700 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Tuesday 21. May 2024

1-3 mm precipitation. Precipitation as snow. Fresh breeze from northwest, changing to breeze from the northwest during the afternoon. -7 °C to -2 °C at 700 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Tirsdag vil sola titte frem flere steder. Det kan gå små løssnøskred fra feks. bratte klipper. Fokksnøflakene etter mandagens snøfall vil stabilisere seg raskt.

Hold avstand til terreng under skavler og vær forsiktig i råtten snø, med svake snøbruer over elver og rundt fremstikkende steiner.
