You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Snøoverflaten er i hovedsak smelteomvandlet. Varmen gjør at nordsider også har våt snø høyt opp. Rygger og rabber er nå bare og det er til dels lite snø igjen under skoggrensen.
Over 1000-1200 moh finnes det et sammenhengende snødekke.

Little to no precipitation. Fresh breeze from southwest, changing to strong breeze from the south during the evening. -5 °C to 4 °C at 1400 m a.s.l. Cloudy.

Avalanche risk assessment

Varmen de siste dagene vil stort sett stabilisere snøen høyt til fjells. Når temperaturen stiger kan det gi fare for små våte løssnøskred i bratt terreng utover dagen. Både naturlig utløste skred og skiløperutløste skred er aktuelt.

Glideskred kan på denne årstiden alltid forekomme, men ventes å være lite sannsynlig. Glideskred kan løsne hele døgnet og de kan bli store. Unngå opphold under glidesprekker.
