Plussgrader til fjelltopphøyde har gitt skarelag og virket stabiliserende på det gamle snødekket.
Det er store snømengder i høyfjellet og skavler er mange steder store.
Det har kommet litt ny snø de siste dagene som med vind har gitt ferske flakdannelser.

10 mm precipitation, up to 20 mm in the most exposed areas. Moderate gale from west, changing to moderate gale from the northwest during the afternoon. -5 °C to 2 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Cloudy.

Monday 13. April 2020

Little to no precipitation. Strong breeze from northwest, changing to fresh breeze from the northwest during the evening. -9 °C to -3 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Avalanche risk assessment

Vind kan flytte på snø først på dagen og gi skredproblem med fersk fokksnø i leområder i høyden. I lavere områder kan sola får tak og gi fare for fuktige eller våte skred.
Ved sigesprekker er det forhold for glideskred.
