You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches can get large enough to bury or even kill you (size 2).

Det er kommet noen få cm med nysnø i fjellet de siste par dagene. I lavereliggende områder har det vært mildt de siste dagene, men kaldere vær gjør at snødekket fryser til mange steder. Det gamle snødekket er i stor grad smelteomvandlet.

I indre deler av regionen over 1000 moh. kan det fortsatt være vedvarende svake lag i snødekket, men det vurderes ikke til å være et aktivt skredproblem.
