Mildværet denne uka har påvirket snøoverflaten opp til omtrent 900 moh. Under ca 750 moh er snøoverflaten våt med smelteriller. Høyt til fjells er det fokksnø eller skare. Utsatt terreng er avblåst med oppstikkende stein og bare rabber, mens en del heng har samlet fokksnø.

Observasjon fra onsdag 15. februar viste at det fortsatt finnes begerkrystaller og kantkorn i snøen, men at de er påvirket av mildværet og avrundet.
Observasjon fra onsdag viste at det finnes et lag med små kantkorn rett under mildværsskaren som finnes mange steder på overflaten.

Onsdag er det observert noen våte flak / glideskred på steder med bratt, glatt svaberg i Skjomdalen.
Onsdag er det observert noen store naturlig utløste flakskred i østvendte leområder nært Rundtinden helt innerst i Skjomdalen.

No precipitation. Breeze from northeast. -16 °C to -8 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.
