Kraftig vind fra S-SØ, mye tilgjengelig løs snø og ny nedbør vil gi svært stor snøtransport inn leområder, vesentlig mot V-N-Ø. Det vil bygge seg opp store fokksnøflak som kan løsne av seg selv. Skredfaren vurderes til 4-stor i de fjellområdene i fylket som har fått mest nysnø den siste tiden. Varslet er basert på et enklere datagrunnlag enn regionale varsler og utgis kun for faregrad 4 og 5.
