Det har vært snøvær siden 22.nov i høyden. Relativt mildetemperaturer har ført til at snøen har stabilisert seg raskt. Under 900 moh har det meste av nedbøren kommet som regn og total snødybde er derfor ikke mer enn ca.10 cm. Men over 1000 moh ligger det opp mot 60-100 cm snø.
