Generally stable conditions. Skiers can release wet avalanches where the snow surface is wet and soft. Keep safe distance to cornices and glide cracks.

Wet snow (loose snow avalanches)

You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Avalanches may release spontaneously on a few steep slopes. Avalanches can get large enough to bury or even kill you (size 2).

Snødekket er gjennomfuktet av regn og varme i alle himmelretninger og høydenivå. Det antas at snødekket har relativt god evne til å drenere vann.
Snøgrensa ligger på ca. 200 moh med lite snø under ca. 500 moh.

Avalanche risk assessment

Generelt stabile forhold, men i bratt terreng med våt og løs snø vil en skiløper kunne løse ut små våte løssnøskred.
Husk at også mindre skred kan bli farlige i kombinasjon med terrengfeller.

Glideskred og sørpeskred kan også forekomme. Unngå langvarig opphold under sigesprekker og i bekkeløp. Hold god avstand til skavler.
