Vulnerable installations and objects should be protected. Allow some extra time for transportation and driving. Use tires fit for winter conditions and use caution while driving. The need for emergency preparedness shall be assessed continuously by emergency response actors.
Description
From late Thursday morning to Friday morning 20-30 cm of snow is expected. Most of it is expected during a 6 hour period. The snow is coming to northern part first.
