Consequence

Description
A polar low is expected to form north of Andøya late Thursday evening. The low is expected to move northeastward along the coast of Troms on Friday. There is considerable uncertainty in the location of the low. Associated with the low there will be southwest to northwest gale or storm force winds with heavy showers of snow and blowing snow.
