Description
Monday freezing rain is expected in parts of Agder. The precipitation starts in southwestern parts Monday morning, and spreads northeastwards during the forenoon. In inner parts the precipitation starts as snow before it turns to rain. In coastal areas temperatures generally stays above zero, but in inner parts below zero for a longer time. Early Tuesday morning the precipitation ends.
