Description
From Monday afternoon freezing rain is expected in places. The precipitation starts av snow or sleet, but will later turn into rain. This will happen later in the areas north of Oslo than in southern areas. Temperature rises slowly to above zero near the coast, but will remain below zero elsewhere.
