Wet avalanches can occur in steep sun-facing slopes. The snowpack is probably relatively stable elsewhere since it has been a period of mild weather and snowmelt.

I påska har det vore regn og mildt til fjelltopphøgde. Snøen er difor blitt våt, men kan ha fryst om natta der det er klarvêr. Lengst ut på kysten er det barmark nokre stadar.

I indre delar av regionen har det vore vedvarande svake lag i snødekket, men også desse har starta å smelte. Dei er likevel ikkje heilt øydelagt, og har gitt nokre fareteikn som drønn og sprekker.

Etter ei periode med milde temperaturar og snøsmelting har snøen truleg stabilisert seg relativt godt. I enkelte bratte heng der det er våt snø og sola står på kan det gå små til middels store laussnø- eller flakskred.
