De siste dagene har det kommet noe nysnø i fjellet, og denne vil ligge bundet som myke flak noen steder. Snødekket er ellers smelteomvandlet til ca. 1000 moh og noe høyere i bratt solvendt terreng. I høyfjellet er det fortsatt mye snø for årstiden. Det er store skavler flere steder.

Fokksnøen fra de siste dagene stabiliseres raskt grunnet gunstige temperaturer.
Faren for glideskred har avtatt noe grunnet kaldere vær, men slike skred er svært vanskelig å forutse og kan gå uten synlige faretegn. Det finnes store skavler etter mye vestavær i vinter. Vær forsiktig ved ferdsel langs rygger og på topper.
