You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Natt til lørdag kom det 0-20 cm nysnø i høyden.

Mildvær har ellers stabilisert det gamle snødekket høyt til fjells.

I lavlandet er det lite snø etter mye mildvær i det siste.

2-5 mm precipitation. Rain up to 500 m a.s.l during the afternoon. Moderate gale from southeast. -8 °C to -3 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Cloudy.

Avalanche risk assessment

Vinden vil flytte litt snø inn i leområder og lage ustabile fokksnøflak som er lette å løse ut, men pga lite løs snø i terrenget og lite meldt nysnø vil det begrense seg til få og små flak.

Vær forsiktig i og nært terrengfeller der det ligger fokksnø.

Der snøoverflaten består av hard skare er snøskredfaren liten.
