. Nord i regionen kom det noko nysnø 17. mai. Også den bør vere fuktig eller smleteomvandla no. Den gamle snøen er generelt smelteomvandla og stabil. Stadvis er det mykje vatn i snøen.
Det er nå lite snø igjen under 300 til 600 moh.

Avalanche risk assessment
Snødekket vert vurdert til å vere stort sett stabilt no. Men regn og høge temperaturar kan gje våt og laus snøoverflate og det er mogelegheit for våte laussnøskred.
Glideskred er uforutsigbare, men kan forekomme der det er forhold for det, for eksempel der underlaget er svaberg eller bratt gressbakke. Unngå terreng under glidesprekker.
