You can trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches can get large enough to bury a car or destroy a small house (size 3).

Det er svært lite snø for årstiden. Snødekket består i hovedsak av smelteformer. Lørdag kan det ha kommet litt nysnø flere steder.

Snøoverflaten går fra våt snø i lavere høyder til skare desto høyere man kommer.

Det finnes et vedvarende svakt lag av kantkorn under skare høyt i snødekket.
