Avalanche warning for region Trollheimen Sunday 21.05.2023
Danger level 1 - Low avalanche danger
Published:
It’s mainly stable snow, but it is possible to trigger small avlanches in steep terrain with wet snow. Keep a safe distance to cornices and glide cracks.
Below you can see a description of the current snow cover information and current weather forecast in the mountains. If your observations deviate greatly from what is described here, the warning will not necessarily apply either. Always make your own judgments or stay away from avalanche terrain.

Advice
The bulletin is a planning tool and may differ from the actual situation. Always make your own evaluation. To be 100 % avalanche safe, avoid all avalanche terrain.
Avalanche risk assessment
Det er generelt stabile tilhøve. I enkelte bratte heng kan det vere mogleg å løyse ut små våte laussnøskred, særleg på ettermiddagen når sola har tatt lenge. Skavlbrot og glideskred kan førekomme.
We provide daily avalanche forecast in the period between 1st of December until 31st of May. Please remember that the forecast is intended as an aid and not the absolute truth.
