You can easily trigger avalanches on some steep slopes. Avalanches can get large enough to bury or even kill you (size 2).

Vind og snø gir fokksnø av ulik hardheit i leområder. Fokksnøen er ujamnt fordelt. Ryggar og rabbar er avblåst. Det eldre snødekket er hardare og delvis smelteomdanna i låglandet etter mykje vind og mildvêr sist veke. Det er lite snø under 4-500 moh.

Little to no precipitation. Breeze from north. -10 °C to -2 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Clear skies.

Tuesday 27. February 2024

6 mm precipitation, up to 25 mm in the most exposed areas. Rain up to 500 m a.s.l during the afternoon. Breeze from southwest, changing to strong breeze from the south during the afternoon. -13 °C to -2 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Cloudy.

Snø og tildels kraftig vind vil gje skredproblem med fersk fokksnø i leområder i høgda. Det er lett for skiløpar å løyse ut skred i denne fokksnøen.

Vær derfor varsom i bratte heng med fersk fokksnø.
