You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Det har smelta godt og snøgrensa kryp stadig oppover. I ytre strøk og under 800-1000 moh er det generelt lite/ ikkje snø. Siste veka har det vore nattefrost i høgda ved fleire høve. Høgt til fjells i indre strøk av regionen kan ein fortsatt finne samanhengande skiføre nokre stader, og da i aust- og nordvendte terrengformasjoner.

Litt nysnø på høgaste toppane natt til tirsdag.

Avalanche risk assessment

Generelt stabile forhold i eit forutsigbart snødekke som har gjennomgått førefall. Lågare temperaturar kan gi gjenfrysing av snødekket på dei høgaste toppane, men skyer vil hindre utstråling. Ellers vil hardheiten på snøoverflata bli styrt av temperatursvinging gjennom dagen.
