I høyden er snødekket vindpåvirket etter kraftig vind fra forskjellige retninger den siste tiden, med litt tørr løssnø på overflaten. I skogen er det mye løs snø.
Forrige uke var det mildvær som gjennomfuktet det gamle snødekket opp til ca. 200 moh.

Det finnes et vedvarende svakt lag av kantkorn under skarelag fra januar. Det ligger trolig stort sett dypt i snødekket og er vanskelig å påvirke.

0 mm precipitation, up to 10 mm in the most exposed areas. Fresh breeze from west. -17 °C to -10 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Monday 6. April 2020

1-3 mm precipitation. Breeze from southeast, changing to moderate gale from the south during the afternoon. -13 °C to -7 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Avalanche risk assessment

Fokksnø dannet søndag vil gradvis stabiliseres, noe saktere i høyden. Vindøkning fra sør om ettermiddagen vil kunne danne nye fokksnøflak i leheng.
