Snow cover (in Norwegian)

Tuesday 30. January 2024

Mountain weather

Tuesday 30. January 2024

No precipitation. Fresh breeze from southwest, changing to strong breeze from the southwest during the evening. -16 °C to -3 °C at 1400 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Wednesday 31. January 2024

12 mm precipitation, up to 18 mm in the most exposed areas. Rain up to 700 m a.s.l during the afternoon. Gale from southwest. -8 °C to -1 °C at 1400 m a.s.l.

Advice

The bulletin is a planning tool and may differ from the actual situation. Always make your own evaluation. To be 100 % avalanche safe, avoid all avalanche terrain.

Avalanche risk assessment
