Generally safe conditions. Wind slabs on isolated features can be triggered in the alpine. Small, wet loose avalanches could be triggered.

Wind drifted snow (slab avalanches)

You can trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches can get large enough to bury or even kill you (size 2).

Buried weak layer of new snow

Wet snow (loose snow avalanches)

You can easily trigger avalanches on some steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Nysnøgrensen har gått opp og ned de siste dagene. I forbindelse med dette har snøoverflaten vekslet mellom å være tørr, fuktig og våt.

Det gamle snødekket er stabilt.

No precipitation. Breeze from southeast. -5 °C to 1 °C at 700 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

I lavlandet der ikke snødekket har frosset på kan det være lett å løse ut små våte skred.
